Mezza Cafe is an exceptionally clean and well-organized place. The shisha is excellent, the kunafa is incredibly delicious, and the prices are very reasonable. I came all the way from Houston after being recommended this spot, and honestly, it exceeded my expectations.

Sam was our server. He was so kind, patient, knowledgeable, and engaging. We tried 3 different platters, 4 different sides, 1 appetizer and 2 desserts. It was all ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! It is a 4 hour drive from our home and we will 100% be back again!

The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The atmosphere is relaxing with a nice Mediterranean vibe, and the hookah is smooth with lots of great flavor options. Big shoutout to Rami — he was super friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was perfect.

As soon as we seen the photos of the food we had to try it and didn't want to go anywhere else. The food was better than what we expected and the service was absolutely incredible. Sam was amazing and we will definitely be back.

One of the best cafés I've ever visited! This establishment offers a truly authentic Middle Eastern ambiance. The tea is simply amazing, and the smoothies are fantastic. The customer service is remarkable, especially from 'RAMI', who made a lasting impression with his hospitality.

Awesome spot for a hookah and hot tea. The food was also amazing. This is the first hookah lounge that I have visited in Austin that has a great set up and is very spacious. The staff were prompt and welcoming.

The food, everything, was very good. I had the Shish Tawook (chicken) with tabbouleh and hummus. The tabbouleh was fantastic! I don't know if it was authentic or not, but it was so good!

Looked for hookah, found this, rolled here, and left happy. They have awesome flavors of hookah including the special flavors such as blue moon and midnight breeze. We went with blueberry mint since we didn't have it before; absolute killer.
